Our pre-plaster inspection was scheduled at 7am today.
It was quite dark at 7am... and Kevin, our independent inspector, from New Home Inspections, might have to use a torch to see the inside of the house.
Jerry arrived late and saw Kevin using a torch indeed!
There were no major issues found, as per Kev. He was quite impressed. This is in comparison to the inspection that he did at frame stage.
He also liked our HT timber glazed sliding doors! Great to hear!
We expect to receive the report some time next week.
