This is the first step of finally having our own house.
We found a nice block of land at Monterey Central, Point Cook. It’s a 667 sqm block, 18m wide, without easements, and near to all amenities. It’s just a few steps away from a new childcare centre, a commercial centre right across the street, a two-minute drive to the Princess freeway and a few metres away from primary and secondary schools.
We put in a deposit of $1,000 on 25-Feb-2006 to hold the block. We need to get our finance approved in order to finalise the sale.
